A leading provider of global services in the UK is hiring a Proposals & Commercial Contracts Manager. This hybrid role involves overseeing contract negotiations, managing proposal processes for international tenders, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial contract management and a formal contract law qualification. This position requires leadership skills and the ability to make complex commercial decisions, offering competitive compensation and flexible working arrangements.
Talent Frame are pleased to be hiring a Proposals & Commercial Contracts Manager role that sits with the Bids and Proposals team for a leading provider of complex global B2B services.
The position is hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the HQ in Hampshire.
You will be the subject matter expert for front-line contract negotiations - largely around termination clauses, liability and overall risk management of the contracts.
Lead a small team that oversees tenders and proposals processes for new business and renewals, covering global regions and £multi-million value.
You will ensure processes are compliant with required legal and risk frameworks. As well as providing accurate pricing for complex global tenders.
Work to continuously improve processes, working closely with various teams including business development and legal.
Commercial contract management experience, ideally with a formal contract law qualification (we are open to solicitors looking to make a career move)
Have experience of managing proposals and tenders processes, ideally across multiple global regions
Can demonstrate commercial decision making when pursuing complex and high value projects
