As a Property Surveyor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role involves conducting property inspections managing repairs and maintenance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

As Property Surveyor you will

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Manage and oversee repair and maintenance projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of property inspections repairs and maintenance activities.
