Job Description

The Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Supporting the Property Partner on commercial property transactions including business leases and acquisitions.
• Working closely with senior residential property lawyer and dealing with probate sales
• Supporting on agricultural property matters when required
• Managing client relationships by maintaining effective communication and providing regular updates.
• Supporting on business development

The Successful Applicant

The successful Property Solicitor should have:

• A background in either Commercial or Residential Property or both
• Be a qualified Solicitor - any level considered
• Ties to the Harrogate area
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication and relationship management.
