• Specialises in residential property matters and is looking for a dedicated Property Solicitor to handle a varied caseload including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• High-value property transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Leasehold transactions
• New build developments
• Portfolio investments for HNW clients

What We\'re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Property Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property matters
• Strong technical knowledge of Residential Conveyancing procedures
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
