We are looking for a confident and motivated Property Secretary who will be the forefront of Lidl GBs expansion plans in the region whilst maintaining the smooth running of the Property Office.

Based within our London Property Office youll support the Head of Department, as well as providing administrative support to the wider acquisitions and construction team.

Finance management

raise Purchase Orders, manage cashflow, petty cash and process invoices

Manage diaries, meetings and agendas

Manage team inbox

Prepare and manage internal reports

Maintain databases

Handle telephone calls, emails and post

Monitoring & cascade of domestic & international communications

Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing

General office management tasks as required

What you'll need

Proven secretarial / admin experience, ideally in the property sector

Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail

A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
