A leading property management firm in Coventry is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager for a 9-12 month contract. The successful candidate will manage EV charging infrastructure projects and other property-related activities. Responsibilities include overseeing installation, contract negotiation, team leadership, and stakeholder management. A degree in Property Management and experience in relevant sectors are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to fulfil a 9 to 12 month contract with our client, overseeing the installation and maintenance of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure across a large property estate. The ideal candidate will have a background in property or asset management, within a commercial environment, with experience of managing EV Charging Infrastructure, as well as other AdHoc Property projects within a portfolio, such as lease signing / resigning, managing refurbishment and upgrade works, setting up and negotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors, to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
The position will include evaluating the current property portfolio and property assets, to understand total capacity limits, maximising usage of properties & available space, ensuring that vacant properties are utilized. You will be responsible for managing the programme of works, ensuring that work is carried out safety, promptly and efficiently, rectifying any faults swiftly. You will also be instrumental in setting up and negotiating contracts with suppliers, attending stakeholder meetings, and providing updates to the project.
A strong appreciation for commercial estates and an understanding of commercial property are key.
