Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Knowledge of LMS, Lender Exchange, Land Registry.
• Flexibility to work across offices if needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing conveyancing quotes and opening new files.
• Handling client enquiries and updating clients.
• Preparing files for exchange and completion.
• Supporting fee earners with dictation and admin.
• Updating LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems.
• Submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions.
