• Produce property details, updating website and updating property marketing list.
• Checking compliance certificates.
• Monthly fire alarm checks.
• Dealing with Landlords and Tenants.
• Fire Risk Assessments.
• End of tenancy checkouts.
• Renewal of all gas safety certificates.
