Job summary

A property management company is seeking a Property Manager to manage services, maintain client relationships, and oversee maintenance contracts. Qualifications

  • You will ideally be IRPM qualified.
  • Knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of a property management computer system.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing annual service charge budgets.
  • Insurance claims handling.
  • Inspection of sites to ensure service quality.
  • Health & Safety Compliance.
  • Coordinate contractors.
  • Liaise with team members and departments.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Respond to leasehold inquiries efficiently.
  • Attend external meetings as needed.

Strong management and organisational skills
