Overview

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Property Manager to oversee a growing residential portfolio. This is a home/field-based role, giving you the freedom to manage your properties independently - no office to commute to, just you, your portfolio and the flexibility to organise your day.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
  • Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Resolve queries, disputes, and complaints efficiently
  • Produce reports, maintain accurate records, and monitor performance KPIs
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor work, and emergency repairs
  • Support finance tasks including rent collection, invoicing, and budgeting
  • Contribute to team initiatives to improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Property management experience or a related field
