We are a forward-thinking and growing lettings agency, passionate about delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants. We are now looking for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing our expanding property portfolio.

The Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our landlords and tenants receive the highest standard of care throughout their tenancy journey. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of rental properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works
  • Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and compliance checks
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation
  • Supporting the wider lettings team where needed
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in property management or lettings (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Knowledgeable of lettings legislation and compliance (training provided if needed)
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (preferred)
