Property Manager – Limehouse

£30,000 - £38,000 (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Office based – No car required

As a Property Manager, you will be at the heart of operations, managing a portfolio of approximately 450 properties within a dedicated team of three. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with tenants and landlords, ensuring compliance with regulations, and utilising your knowledge of Alto & Fix Flo to streamline maintenance processes. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining the high standards expected by our client.

To excel in this role, you should bring at least 1.5 years of property management experience, coupled with a solid understanding of the local Limehouse area. A comprehensive grasp of compliance matters will set you apart. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
• Raising rental agreements
• ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Dealing with property maintenance.
• Collection of rents. Payments to landlords
• Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
