What Youll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with professionalism and care
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords tenants and contractors
  • Coordinating repairs maintenance and compliance checks
  • Carrying out property inspections and producing clear reports
  • Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance across your portfolio
  • Delivering outstanding service with a customer-first approach
About You
  • Proven experience within residential lettings or property management
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Proactive solutions-focused and calm under pressure
  • Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable Qualities
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • ARLA qualified (or working towards it) beneficial but not essential
  • Tech-savvy with experience using lettings CRM systems
  • Positive energetic and customer-focused attitude
