  • Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity networks with Foxtons‑funded social events
  • Unrivalled training and upskilling opportunities throughout your career
  • One paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
  • Well‑being package including enhanced sick pay, free confidential counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders and access to a coaching platform
  • Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave

This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links. Free onsite parking is provided.

The hours for this role are 9:00–17:30. The role also includes one day per week working from home after the initial training period.

About You

You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to problem‑solve. You will communicate well with a wide range of people across a variety of platforms, taking pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and making a difference.

No previous property‑management experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. Prior experience in a professional customer‑service environment is desirable but not essential.
