Overview

Our client provides asset and property management services to the rental apartment sector in Walton-On-Thames. They are looking for a handyperson with multi-trade style skills to assist them taking an apartment from the state of move out ready for the next tenant to move in. Also, you will be carrying out reactive maintenance tasks such as repairs in tenanted properties.
