Overview

A Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally 3 - 5 PQE) to join one of the regions leading commercial firms that has a national presence.

You will be working as part of a close knit team that shares work from across the UK but there will be an emphasis on high quality & complex work with a national client base and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. There is a clear team structure in place and you will be be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates & Partners with the chance to progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a broad mix of landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims.
• Work as part of a team handling high quality and complex property litigation transactions for a national client base.
• Collaborate with L500 listed Partners and receive exceptional training while gaining exposure to highly complex work.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Property litigation solicitor (ideally 3 - 5 PQE).
• Experience handling landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims is advantageous.
