A national law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their highly ranked team in Birmingham. The role involves dealing with various property disputes and working with significant clients in the field. Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months experience in property litigation, showcasing strong organisation skills and a collaborative spirit. Property Litigation Solicitor - Birmingham
This national firm are expanding and seek a Solicitor join their Property Litigation team in Birmingham.
The team are consistently ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and have one of the largest property litigation teams in the UK. They provide strategic advice to a range of property owners, occupiers and funders in relation to a wide range of disputes and have a particular specialism in acting for landowners against telecoms owners. The team also advise on landlord and tenant matters, building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions.
You will have at least 18 months experience working within property litigation with a keen interest in or experience in disputes relating to the Electronic Communications Code. You will be able to demonstrate initiative, drive, excellent organisation skills and be a team player.
You will have receive training and guidance from a team of highly regarded lawyers to develop your expertise on a wide range of work in a friendly and supportive environment.
