The Role:
The firm is looking to hire a Property Litigation Associate for their City office. You will join a friendly, supportive, and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen increased workflow recently and is looking to expand further under strong leadership.
The caseload will be broad, including professional negligence, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, arbitration, mediation, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, lease terminations, and possession cases. There is a real opportunity to progress within the firm, working alongside leading specialist partners on a varied and high-quality caseload.
