Qualifications

  • To hold a valid Practising Certificate (or equivalent) to carry out Reserved Work.
  • 1+ years PQE managing own legal caseload within a law firm or housing association.
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritise work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload, providing clear legal input.
  • Support major projects with legal guidance to identify risks early.
  • Prepare and review title reports for acquisitions and disposals.
  • Handle small-scale disposals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Respond to requests for licenses, wayleaves, and deeds of easement.
