What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting Property Managers and their portfolio
  • Escalating unresolved or complex issues to the Property Manager or Senior PC
  • Ensuring Qube & Cheat sheets are updated with relevant information (including PA and access info)
  • Confidently issuing letters via the correct correspondence on Qube (including breach of lease letters)
  • Managing MCP efficiently (i.e. adding updates where necessary, assigning requests to the correct person, correct categorising, unacknowledged below 10 daily etc.)
  • Raising detailed work orders and quotation requests
  • Acting customer queries via MCP
  • Visiting sites for better understanding and learning development (not a must)
  • Dealing with fob / key requests
  • Providing phone support if needed
  • Acting insurance claims depending on complexity
  • Maintaining accurate records of all actions taken for audit and compliance

  • Showcasing strong administrative and organisational skills, customer service excellence and the ability to create a strong rapport and lasting connections with our residents and clients
