• Build real relationships with new and existing clients - understand their goals, advise them honestly, and guide them step-by-step through the buying process
• Showcase prime properties across Dubai, presenting our portfolio of luxury residential listings with confidence and flair
• Negotiate and close deals , always keeping your clients’ interests, satisfaction, and long-term trust at the center
• Stay ahead of the market by tracking trends, prices, hot communities, and government regulations in the Dubai real estate landscape

Who We’re Looking For :

• Natural Relationship Builders
• You love speaking with people, asking the right questions, listening properly, and building trust through clear, honest communication.
• Sales-Minded & Ambitious
• Previous sales experience (recruitment, retail, B2B, telesales, hospitality, etc.) is a big plus – but not essential. What matters most is drive, resilience, and a serious appetite to learn and earn.
• Drivers
• A valid driving license is highly preferred - you’ll be out at viewings and meetings across the city. If you’re relocating, we’ll help you with the process of converting your license locally.
• No Real Estate Experience? No Problem.
• If you bring the work ethic, we’ll bring the knowledge. You’ll get structured training, mentorship, and hands-on support to fast-track your ramp-up.
