Overview

Senior Property Consultant (Sales)

Location: Portishead

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)

Salary & Benefits

Competitive basic salary: £26,000 - £28,000

OTE: £35,000 - £38,000 plus incentives and commission

22 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Property Consultant to join our busy sales team in Portishead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Proactively register applicants, follow up on leads from our website and portals, and canvass for new instructions.
  • Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring high-quality marketing presentations.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in property sales or a related role is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Business Acumen: Commercially aware, with the ability to spot and capitalise on opportunities in the local market.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident with IT systems and open to adopting new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Social Media Skills: A good understanding of social media platforms to help drive business engagement.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, well-organised, and passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals.
