Typical day responsibilities
  • Morning Kick‑Off: You start by reviewing your property caseload and prioritizing tasks in line with client service level agreements.
  • Client Conversations: Throughout the day, you liaise with corporate clients, ensuring fairness and transparency in every interaction. Whether it’s a quick update or a detailed discussion, you’re the trusted point of contact.
  • Collaboration: You coordinate with external parties – solicitors, contractors, surveyors, and estate agents – gathering the information and documentation needed to move properties forward.
  • Problem‑Solving: Challenges arise, but you’re ready. You analyze third‑party reports, recommend solutions backed by evidence, and communicate them clearly and professionally.
  • Fast‑Paced Communication: Emails, calls, and updates flow in, and you respond promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy every time.
  • System Updates: You will ensure our systems are updated in real time, keeping colleagues and clients fully informed at every stage. Accuracy and attention to detail are key – you’ll make sure all records are current, documents are stored correctly, communications are logged promptly, and audit trails are maintained to the highest standard.
Qualifications

  • The current basic starting salary of £24,570 per annum plus monthly and annual bonus scheme giving on OTE of £26,500. In 2026 the salary will be increasing in line with the Real Living Wage to £26,227 giving an OTE of £28k+
