Property (Clean Energy) Solicitor – Edinburgh/Glasgow, Glasgow

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading commercial law firm, for a junior property lawyer in its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

The role is within the Clean Energy Real Estate team, advising developers, investors, and funders on projects within the sector. This includes guidance on real estate aspects of offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and battery storage developments. The position involves both transactional and advisory work.

The team is interested in speaking with candidates who are dual-qualified, ideally at the NQ-4 level PQE, but they are also open to applicants qualified solely in Scots law. Relevant real estate experience and a strong interest in clean energy transactions are essential. Prior experience in clean energy is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

This role offers the chance to work with experienced colleagues and advise leading players in the renewable energy industry.
