Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning and caretaking, understanding of COSHH and Risk Assessments.
• Practical experience of carrying out risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective estate maintenance service including cleaning and repairs.
• Carry out risk assessments to identify and report maintenance issues.
• Work with customers to resolve issues and improve services.
