Title: Property Assistant

Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday)

Salary: £23,600 - £24,500

Details

Our client is looking to appoint a Property Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. This role represents an excellent career opportunity for someone with a passion for the property sector, looking to progress within a busy estate agency environment. Previous property sector experience is not essential but applicants must have strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided within a highly supportive environment.

Duties include
  • Showing properties to potential buyers and answering questions.
  • Speaking with clients regularly and updating them on interest and feedback.
  • Preparing sales brochures, uploading listings, and handling general admin.
  • Managing phone and email enquiries.
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and our internal teams to keep sales moving.
  • Negotiating offers and helping set closing dates.
  • Supporting the Estate Agency team when needed.
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in an Administration related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a professional telephone manner.
