Job summary

A law firm in Colchester seeks Property Apprentices to gain essential skills to become a Licensed Conveyancer. Apprentices will support the legal team with administrative tasks and manage a Conveyancing caseload, learning to review property title documents and mortgages. The apprenticeship includes studying with a chosen provider and obtaining a CLC qualification. Job description
The Role

The Property Apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge, skills, qualifications and understanding required to be a Property Lawyer. You will work in our offices supporting the teams with a mix of administrative and legal work and will have the equivalent to one day per week studying with our chosen provider.

Due to growth we have vacancies for 2 apprentices in our Colchester office and 1 apprentice in our Woodbridge office.

Over the course of the apprenticeship you will obtain a CLC qualification. At the end of the apprenticeship you will become a Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 4 years of practical experience.

You will gain experience in managing a Conveyancing caseload with support from your Line Manager and Training Manager. This will include reviewing property title documents, mortgages and much more.
