Overview

Property Administrator – Location: DE56 2LU. Office-based with hybrid working after training. Transport: Own transport essential.

As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the diaries for a team of surveyors, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments
  • Liaise with applicants, vendors, clients, and lenders to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain strong working relationships with surveyors, ensuring regular contact
  • Optimise surveyors' diaries
  • Provide administrative support
  • Conduct follow-up calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the Property industry desirable

Details

Own transport required due to location.

Salary: £24k basic plus Bonus (paid monthly)

Working hours: 37.5 per week between 8:00 and 18:00 on a rota (1 day per week working from home)
