A national charity organization in Liverpool seeks a Property Acquisition Manager. The role involves managing property acquisitions, negotiating commercial leases, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have a background in property compliance and experience in commercial negotiations. This full-time position offers regular work hours and requires travel across the Northwest, necessitating a driving license and a vehicle.

Covering: All of Northwest (Depending on Business needs)
This role requires regular travel: A Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Nacro deliver the Community Accommodation Support service (CAS) which is a national service across England and Wales. The service allows Courts to make greater use of bail by providing accommodation in the community with support for adult defendants who could not otherwise be bailed. CAS also provides support for adults released from Custody in the last three months of their sentence on Home Detention Curfew (HDC) and other Licence Orders
To be responsible for all property acquisition for each of Nacro’s business streams; to include procurement, negotiating and concluding commercial lease terms; agreeing applicable financial incentives within set criteria; identifying, scheduling and inspection of required works for new properties; developing and maintaining positive and effective internal and external stakeholder and partner relationships within a designated patch or area; working to agreed delivery targets and timescales.
