Job description

If you’re someone who understands our business deeply, has strong communication and analytical skills, and is naturally curious about how things work under the hood, you could be a great fit.
This role sits at the intersection of language, logic, and technology. Prompt Engineers help bridge the gap between human intent (especially when it’s messy or unclear) and the structured processes our large language model (LLM) systems can execute. You don’t need to write code—but you do need to be comfortable understanding it, reading through workflows (e.g., built in Python or Scripts), and thinking in systems.

The Role
  • Break down complex or unclear business needs into structured, step-by-step instructions that can be interpreted by LLMs.
  • Design and refine prompts that ensure high-quality, consistent results from our AI services.
  • Understand and work with the logic of our internal LLM tools (e.g., Python, Scripting) to guide the flow of information and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to make sure your prompts align with how the system actually works.
  • Spot and correct errors, ambiguity, or inefficiencies in how AI interprets input.
Qualifications
The Requirement
  • Have strong language and communication skills—you write clearly, think in structure, and can explain complex ideas simply.
  • Are good at translating vague needs into concrete steps (you’ve probably already done this for customers, stakeholders, or projects).
  • Think systematically, enjoy solving puzzles, and like understanding how things connect under the surface.
  • Can read and interpret code or logic without needing to write it yourself.
  • Enjoy learning new tools and frameworks, especially in the AI space.
  • Work well with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
