The role sits within the Building Services team and focuses on the development, management and control of component replacement and remedial work projects, with a strong emphasis on internal and external building and fire safety. You will also manage the project management of electrical and mechanical services (M&E) around compliance streams in our buildings from design and installation through to completion and post-review of works.
