Project Scheduler role within the LCST Programme. Hybrid role (Bristol main office/work from home).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Scheduler to work independently and alongside the Programme and Project Managers for the LCST (Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation) contract. The Scheduler leads planning, coordination, and execution of projects by developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules. You will work closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure realistic timelines, managed dependencies, and effective progress monitoring. This role supports accurate forecasting, proactive risk identification, and informed decision-making to enable successful delivery.
The LCST Programme Governance (P3M) supports a £6Bn programme delivering essential services to Defence and Front-Line Commands. The role contributes to maturing scheduling capabilities and ensuring change is scoped, resourced, and executed while maintaining operational output.
The Project Scheduler will help lead, mature, and execute new ways of working to maintain programme output while enhancing scheduling maturity across the team.

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence enables the UK’s defence supply chain by providing storage, distribution, global freight, and procurement/inventory management of 70,000 NSNs. We work as Team Leidos to transform the UK defence supply chain with an integrated, low-risk solution and a modern system landscape.
