Job Title: Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Project Officer   Location: Newham   Contract Type: Full time contract   Salary: £25 Umbrella P/H

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive ASB Project Officer to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing and improving data processes relating to anti-social behaviour, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain data systems, ensuring accurate input, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Track and measure performance against KPIs, producing reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Oversee code management, ensuring categories are streamlined, accurate, and maintained.
  • Control access to code creation and ensure systems remain secure.
  • Lead on data recovery processes, including recovering lost data (from April 2025 onwards).
  • Work closely with BSMI colleagues to review and improve categorisation and reporting structures.
  • Provide project support to ensure ASB processes are consistent, efficient, and customer-focused.
About You
  • Strong experience in data management and IT systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret KPIs.
  • Previous experience in project or service support roles, ideally within housing, community safety, or local government.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to spot data inconsistencies and resolve them.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
