Project Manager (Agile Project Manager)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team.

Join our team and play a vital role in shaping some of our exciting projects where everyone has a voice, and together we face our clients' problems head‑on.

As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing agile projects using an iterative approach to delivery.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and business resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Occasional travel overseas is required for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Project management - The ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management.
  • Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources.
  • Foster open communication across teams to identify cross‑team development dependencies and risks early on.
  • Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies and applying them in separate situations (e.g. APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo, Scrum).
  • Problem solving - The ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate.
  • Commercial awareness - Providing contract management, supplier management.
  • Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., APMP, Prince2, Agile Certification)
  • Strong project management, risk management, and procurement management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Scrum, Shape Up and Kanban profiles and methodologies.
