Job Title: Project Manager Water

Description:
We are hiring for our client, an award-winning provider of technology-driven engineering solutions to the water and power sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager Water to join their expanding team based in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.

This Project Manager Water role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects from concept through to installation and commissioning. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of infrastructure upgrades across the water sector in the UK and Ireland.

The Role:

Manage multiple water sector projects from initial planning to final handover
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
Control project budgets and timelines
Interpret technical specifications and deliver solutions in line with client requirements
Act as key liaison with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Represent the company at project and site meetings
Support SHEQ compliance, produce RAMS and ensure health and safety standards are upheld

The Person:

Essential:
Qualification in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
Proven experience managing complex projects to budget and schedule
Good understanding of H&S legislation, including risk assessments and HAZOPS
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently or within teams at remote sites
Commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities
Fully IT literate and hold a valid driving licence

Desirable:
Experience in water/wastewater treatment project delivery
Familiarity with site upgrades and plant commissioning
