  • Undertake project planning, including budget/resource allocation, tracking, and reporting to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Develop and prioritise project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and overall delivery aligned to the Tech Roadmap.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet Medik8's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with project teams and stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and meetings.
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring efficient allocation and management of resources.
  • Conduct project closure and post‑project evaluation to capture insights and enhance future project delivery.
  • Alignment with Tech Development team in day‑to‑day activities (e.g., Standup, Planning, Retrospectives).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with trends and technologies relevant to the tech space is a plus (AI, IoT, Cyber Security, Data).
  • Sharp attention to detail and a passion for producing high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in JIRA, Trello, Asana or equivalent an advantage.
