Job Description

Project Manager required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers across the UK. This position will be based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City, and the successful candidate will be based at their office full-time.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to navigate within the company to get the answers or support required to progress their role.

Project Manager Job Overview

Typically managing between 10-20 projects at various stages simultaneously. The number of projects depends on their size and workload, as each project differs.

Responsibilities include:

• Attending and managing the handover from Sales to Projects, either in person or remotely, as required by the customer.
• Attending and managing the handover to Support, either in person or remotely, as required by the customer.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Business Partners, Implementation, Finance, Support, and Development.
• Taking a project from inception (sales) to live, then handing it over to Support.
• Producing a monthly WIP delivered report on the 1st of each month.
