A UK charity organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead project delivery in Northern Ireland. The role involves establishing project management processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective delivery of ambitious projects aimed at ending homelessness. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. This position requires discretion and the ability to navigate complex priorities.
Homewards is a five-year, locally led programme, launched by Prince William and The Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales in June 2023. The aim of Homewards is to demonstrate that together, it is possible to end homelessness - making it rare, brief, and unrepeated.
The Royal Foundation has selected six flagship locations across the UK and formed Coalitions of committed organisations and people from their public, private and voluntary sectors: Aberdeen, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, Lambeth, Newport, Northern Ireland, and Sheffield.
The Royal Foundation is supporting the six flagship locations with an unprecedented package of support that provides them with the space, tools, expertise and relationships to show what can be achieved by working together to prevent and end homelessness. Alongside this, key priority areas have been identified where The Royal Foundation can add the most value, delivering strategic initiatives to help the Coalitions demonstrate that it is possible to end homelessness. The six areas are: homes, funding and finance, employment, early intervention, data, and changing the narrative.
