The Role – Senior Project Manager (MEP)

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of MEP project delivery from tender stage through to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key duties:

Lead the full lifecycle of MEP projects — design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

*

Manage teams of engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety (SHE), quality, and legal requirements.

Oversee risk management and implement mitigation strategies.

*

Manage procurement for MEP packages and supplier agreements.

*

Drive business excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.

About You

Proven Project Management experience in the construction / M&E sector.
