Overview

Our client, a leading manufacturer of construction products, is keen to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead the local implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) system on an initial 2-year fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end local implementation of SuccessFactors coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, project updates, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilise PM tools to create customized dashboards and reporting for project tracking and decision making.
  • Manage data integration efforts ensuring secure and efficient data migration, transformation, and storage.
  • Develop comprehensive project reports and analyses to keep stakeholders informed and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and PRINCE2 to maintain project structure, streamline workflows, and manage risks effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Ideal background
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience implementing HR systems or Human Capital Management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous.
  • Strong background in data integration and management.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint for project documentation, collaboration, and resource management.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business needs into structured project plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and leading project teams effectively.
