A community-focused housing provider in England is seeking a Project Manager to join their Business Improvement team on a fixed-term contract. The role involves managing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates should have strong project management skills and knowledge of finance. This position offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum and comprehensive benefits.

We are seeking a Project Manager, to join Eastlight's Business Improvement team on a 12-month fixed term contract or secondment basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with Eastlight’s strategic objectives.
Day-to-day, you will collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors and project leads to define project scopes and requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver intended benefits.
Acting as a key link between the business and technology teams, you will prioritise and integrate project demands within the programme plan and manage risks. You will drive projects from conception to closure, maintain thorough documentation, manage external supplier relationships, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will promote project management and business change principles to support continuous improvement and a culture of successful delivery.
To succeed, you will need proven experience in managing strategic projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams. Strong knowledge of appropriate project management tools, risk management, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Good knowledge and understanding of finance and budget setting would also be desirable for this role.
