A major retail organization in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to develop stock availability strategies and improve stock control processes. The successful candidate will lead multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing customer availability, ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Key qualifications include experience in project management within a retail environment and the ability to drive operational efficiency. The role offers a secondment for 12 months at the Nottingham support office.

Welcome to the Boots Operations Development team- an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK's Central Operations Function. As a Project Manager you will be integral to the development of our stock availability strategy and stock control processes. Reporting into the Head of Retail Operations Development, and working alongside numerous business teams, you will support the development and creation of our future inventory accuracy capabilities.
Part of a dedicated development and implementation team, you will be responsible for identifying future opportunities and managing proof of concept trials from inception through to roll out.
Previous projects have included the development of our MyStock stock management processes, the roll out of new hardware across the estate and process improvements. You will be instrumental in driving change to remove complexity and create capacity for store teams to enable them to focus on value adding customer and sales activity.
