Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in retrofit or construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of retrofit measures.
• Good understanding of PAS 2035/2030 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of domestic retrofit projects.
• Ensure work meets health & safety standards.
• Manage installation teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily site visits for quality monitoring.
• Act as primary contact for clients throughout delivery.

Skills

Project management experience in domestic retrofit

Strong knowledge of renewable technologies

Excellent planning and organization skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to perform site inspections

Education

NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely

SMSTS qualification

Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM)
