A multinational industrial engineering group based in Cheltenham is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IS projects across EMEA and globally. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and FSM solutions, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and adeptness in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The IS Project Manager will lead complex projects for Steam IS across EMEA and global IS as required, coordinating multiple workstreams and driving timelines to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, supported by strong business process knowledge. Based in Cheltenham, the position requires two days onsite per week, with flexibility supported.
