Programme / Project Manager – Credit & Payments

You will lead and deliver initiatives across the credit card portfolio, supporting growth, product optimisation, risk management, compliance, and financial performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee programmes across the credit card portfolio, from launch to lifecycle management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio goals
  • Develop programme roadmaps and prioritise initiatives for growth and profitability
  • Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in programme delivery
  • Track, analyse, and report on portfolio performance
  • Launch and optimise product features, digital solutions, and partner propositions
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking
  • Manage stakeholder communication and dependencies
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in programme or project management within consumer credit, cards, lending, or payments
  • Understanding of risk management, product development, and financial planning in a regulated environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret trends and make recommendations
  • Comfortable working with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Programme / project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, or similar)
