A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project development and delivery within the Capital Programme. The successful candidate will manage projects involving essential asset replacements, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective resource allocation. Applicants should have recognized project management qualifications and experience in facilities management and M&E systems. A hybrid working model is available.

The Project Manager will be responsible for proactively and independently managing all aspects of project development/delivery within the Capital Programme in the UK. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing the replacement of key assets such as lifts, escalators, HVAC, and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget constraints, and timelines. Days of working: Monday - Friday Hybrid working options
