Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Building Management Systems looking to join a technically respected specialist?

Established over 35 years ago, this Birmingham-based Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist delivers building automation and HVAC control solutions across commercial and industrial projects throughout the West Midlands. They are known for their technical expertise, quality delivery, and strong client relationships, and continue to grow due to increasing project demand.

In this role, you will manage BMS projects from post-quotation through design, installation, commissioning, and final handover. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role is primarily office-based in Birmingham, with regular site visits across the West Midlands.

This role would suit an experienced BMS Project Manager with a strong track record delivering projects from design through to handover.

The Role

• Manage BMS projects from post-quotation to handover
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget
• Produce and manage project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and O&M manuals
• Plan and monitor project activities to meet milestones
• Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and contractors
• Support and mentor junior team members as needed

• Confident leading projects and small teams
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence
