Overview

Role: Project Manager

Location: Peterborough

Rate: £41-43 (Umbrella) OR £32 PAYE

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a project manager with engineering or manufacturing experience to play a pivotal role in driving initiatives to support growth through product lifecycle for aftermarket at an automotive company in Peterborough.
• You will be responsible for helping drive processes to protect and improve aftermarket parts and legacy with focus on the New Product Introduction phase.
• Project Managers will have a major impact on the new products being developed and be instrumental in maximising legacy products.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of NPI, product deletion, brand, design change, aftermarket systems, processes, service, repair, and overhaul solutions.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Able to work with cross functional teams, Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Some knowledge of parts marketing and sales functionality would be advantageous
