Job description

Thrive Trowbridge is recruiting on behalf of a leading Wiltshire-based manufacturing business, urgently seeking a Project Manager on a 12-month contract basis (inside IR35) to lead critical projects across operations and production.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risks
  • Drive ERP-related initiatives, including D365 optimisation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What you will need to succeed:

  • Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in dedicated Project Manager roles, ideally in manufacturing or engineering sectors
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • ERP experience highly desirable, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing
