Project Manager - Care Home Project
York | 11-Month Contract

Linsco Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for project delivery from current stage through to completion.
• Managing and coordinating the site management team and subcontractors.
• Overseeing programme, cost, quality, and H&S compliance.
• Acting as main point of contact for the client, design team, and stakeholders.
• Driving progress meetings, reporting, and ensuring milestones are achieved.

Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
• Strong track record of managing traditional build projects (care homes, residential, or similar).
• Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
